BOOT CAMP KIT LIST 

This list is a suggestion for what you may wish to bring along to make your Boot camp experience as enjoyable and comfortable as possible!

  • Several pairs of exercise shorts or leggings (3/4 length or full length)
  • 2 sets of waterproof tops and bottoms
  • At least 2 pairs of sports socks per day 
  • Sweatshirts or fleeces and light weight long sleeves tops
  • T-shirts and training tops (you will probably need 2 per day)
  • Sport Bras & lightweight quick drying pants 
  • 2 pairs of training shoes (1 for trail running,  and 1 for exercising outdoors & indoors)
  • A water bottle
  • A hat for shade from the sun 
  • Flip flops or sandals 
  • Swimwear (The outdoor pool will be cool – but great for soothing sore muscles and refreshing the mind – swimming is optional.)

 

Please make sure you have used the shoes and the kit before. They should be comfortable enough to exercise in it.

Please note that the activities will be held outdoors, we will only train inside if there are extreme weather conditions.

 Also recommended to bring some old exercising clothes in case of wet days.
