The house terrace is shady and tree-lined with views of the Umbrian countryside. There is a private lawned area, a gas BBQ, gazebo, table and chairs and 2 comfortable loungers. Parents can sit on the terrace with a cold drink and watch their children play on the play ground.
En-suite – with shower, basin, kid sized bath and WC. There is good water pressure and constant hot water
A well equipped modern designer kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, combi oven/microwave, Lavazza coffee machine and a large fridge-freezer.
The open plan living space, has a range of comfortable seating, WIFI and a TV/DVD/MEDIA PLAYER.
Inside there is a dining table inside to seat 4, and there is another family sized table & chairs on the terrace.
The property is equipped with games, books and toys, kids TV in English WIFI & MEDIA PLAYER, plastic cutlery, plates & cups. There is a climbing frame & swing set within view of the terrace.
