The house terrace is shady and tree-lined with stunning views of the Umbrian countryside and is fully fenced and gated. There are 2 large terraces. There is a gas BBQ, gazebo, table and chairs and 4 comfortable Adirondack loungers. Below for the sun lovers is a second terrace with lounge chairs and spectacular countryside views.
3 en-suite – with shower, basin, bidet and WC. There is good water pressure and constant hot water
A well equipped artisan kitchen with stone counter top, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, Lavazza coffee machine, microwave and a large fridge-freezer.
The open plan living space, has a range of comfortable seating, WIFI and a TV/DVD/MEDIA PLAYER.
Inside there is a dining table inside to seat 6, and another family sized table & chairs on the terrace.
The property is equipped with games, books and toys, kids TV in English, plastic cutlery, plates & cups. There is a climbing frame & swing set within view of the terrace.
