TERRACE
The terrace has a private lawn, paved area, views to the south and modern designer furniture. There is a gas BBQ, gazebo, table and chairs and 2 comfortable Emu loungers.

BEDROOM
1 large bedroom with king-sized bed and a small bunk bed, suitable for 2 children (up to 8 years old/maximum height of 1.35 m). The bottom bunk bed also functions as a toddler bed with the addition of a bed guard. There is also the possibility to add a crib/cot for a baby.
(2 adults and 1 baby stay at a reduced rate – please ask)

BATHROOM
Designer wet room – with walk-in rain shower, basin and WC. There is good water pressure and constant solar heated hot water

KITCHEN
A well equipped designer kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, combination oven/microwave, Lavazza coffee machine and a large fridge freezer.

LIVING SPACE
The open plan living space, has a range of comfortable seating, WIFI and a TV/DVD/MEDIA PLAYER.

DINING
Inside there is a dining table inside to seat 4, and another family sized table & chairs on the terrace.

KIDS
The property is equipped with games, books and toys, kids TV in English, plastic cutlery, plates & cups. The play lawn is nearby –

We offer flexible arrivals and departures, with a minimum stay of just 4 nights. Demand is highest in the July & August peak season, then accommodation prices drop significantly from September 1st, when the weather is still beautifully warm and the swimming pool and all other facilities remain open. For example: a 7-night stay in the PINOLO costs €1,500 in August, but only €899 from September onward. Looking ahead to 2027, our low season prices apply throughout May, June and September.
