A 17th century Umbrian farmhouse, the Cascina bursts with character, has original stone walls that are up to 4ft thick and is the ideal family villa rental. There are stunning original oak beams and terracotta tiles with cool and comfortable 70’s retro themed interiors.
There are 2 terraces – the west terrace is in front of the house and has comfortable lounge chairs. To the side of the house is a spacious second terrace with stunning views toward the medieval hill town of Gubbio. On the terrace, there is a gas range BBQ, gazebo, large table and chairs, deckchairs and sun loungers.
2 en-suite – with walk-in shower, basin, bidet and WC. 1 en-suite with separate walk-in shower, full sized bath tub, basin, bidet and WC and a further downstairs bathroom with shower, WC and basin. There is good water pressure and constant hot water
A well equipped artisan kitchen with stone counter top, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, Lavazza coffee machine, microwave and a fridge-freezer.
The open plan living space, has a range of comfortable seating, WIFI and a TV/DVD/MEDIA PLAYER.
Inside there is a separate dining room with a dining table inside to seat 8, and another family sized table & chairs on the terrace.
The property is equipped with games, books and toys, kids TV in English/DVD player and media player, plastic cutlery, plates & cups.
