The terrace offers views to the south and is shaded by a gazebo and surrounded by fragrant herbs. There is a gas BBQ, table and chairs and 2 Emu designer loungers.
2 en-suite – with shower, basin, bidet and WC. There is good water pressure and constant hot water
A well equipped artisan kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, oven, Lavazza coffee machine, microwave and a large fridge-freezer.
There is a separate living room with a log burner, a range of comfortable seating, WIFI and a TV/DVD/MEDIA PLAYER.
Inside there is a dining table inside to seat 8 and there is another family sized table & chairs on the terrace.
The property is equipped with games, books and toys, kids TV in English, plastic cutlery, plates & cups.

We offer flexible arrivals and departures, with a minimum stay of just 4 nights. Demand is highest in the July & August peak season, then accommodation prices drop significantly from September 1st, when the weather is still beautifully warm and the swimming pool and all other facilities remain open. For example: a 7-night stay in the VILLETTA costs €2,593 in August, but only €1,531 from September onward. Looking ahead to 2027, our low season prices apply throughout May, June and September.
