SLEEPS 2 + 2 IN A BUNK – 1 BEDROOM
Pinolo is a brand new purpose built modern ecological holiday home – specifically designed with comfortable family living in mind. One large bedroom with a king-sized double and a child-sized bunk bed which sleeps 2 young children, all one level. With a stunning terrace and private garden with lawn, dining & lounging space.
CANTINA
SLEEPS 2 + A COT OR BED – 1 BEDROOM
This charming apartment was hand built from Umbrian stone, has stone archways & traditional character features. There is one large bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 young children and space for a cot. There is a lovely private terrace with views, sun loungers, dining area and a spacious covered loggia.

SLEEPS 4 – 2 BEDROOM
Il Oliveto is a new purpose built, modern ecological holiday home. The villa has been specifically designed with comfortable family living in mind. Enjoy the light flooded space with floor to ceiling glass. One double room and 1 room with either 2 beds or 1 bed and a cot. Family bathroom with a bath. Amazing private terrace with lawn, gazebo, dining and lounge space.
MONTEFALCO
SLEEPS 4 – 2 BEDROOM
The Montefalco is perfect for a family of 4. Each bedroom has it’s own en-suite bathroom and there’s a relaxed lounge/dining space with a TV/MEDIA PLAYER. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 single bed and a cot or 2 twin beds. This villa rental also has a private terrace with amazing views, a gazebo for shade, sun loungers & dining space..
VILLETTA
SLEEPS 4 – 2 BEDROOM
The Villetta is part of the 17th century farmhouse. This charming villa was built from Umbrian stone, has 6m high oak beamed ceilings and traditional character features. There are 2 bedrooms – 1 double room, and 1 twin room (or 1 single & a cot). The villa is the perfect home for a family – the Villetta is very spacious and is all on one level with no steps.

GUBBIO
SLEEPS 5 + A COT – 3 BEDROOM
Guests enjoy an extremely private, spacious end terrace with sun loungers and wonderful views of the ancient olive groves. 3 Bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 room with a cot and a single bed. Open plan lounge, well designed dining and kitchen space. All on one level.
CASCINA
SLEEPS 7+ A COT – 4 BEDROOM
This charming villa rental was built from Umbrian stone, has stone archways & traditional character features. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 double rooms, 1 twin and 1 room with a single & cot. The spacious villa is perfect for groups, 2 families sharing, or a family with grandparents.
ASSISI
SLEEPS 6 – 3 BEDROOM
The Assisi is perfect for a larger family. There is a spacious lounge, separate dining space & 3 private terraces all with mountain views. 3 bedrooms, 2 double, 1 twin, all with en-suite bathrooms. The beautiful terraces are tree-lined with views, loungers, a dining area and a gas barbecue.
