We have the following items of baby equipment available for loan at the villa; cot, cot linen, gro-bag, bed guard, high chair, steriliser, bath, booster seat, blender, baby chair, back carrier, potty, loo seat reducer, child step, bath mat, night light. All these items are available free of charge and are included in your family holiday – we do have a limited number of some items – please request at the time of booking.

We provide a comprehensive e-guest guide written by us, for families, which offers lots of useful hints and tips about all the amazing days out in the local area. Our guide helps you see, do and experience the best of Umbria.

We are on hand daily if you need help booking restaurants, taxis, fixing a puncture or just want a chat or some advice.

We speak English and Italian and are available to help, should you have any problems, which can be reassuring, when you are travelling with little ones.

No need to pack bulky items like towels in your luggage! We provide pool towels. We also include all linen which includes, bed linen, cot linen, bathroom towels, kitchen towels and cloths, making more room for the things that make you happy!

We also include in your family holiday home: loo rolls, cleaning products, organic liquid hand soap, dishwasher & washing up liquid, bin bags, and organic ecological toiletries.

We offer a list of grocery items you can order for arrival. There is fresh bread and croissants, an organic fruit and vegetable box, fresh milk, a selection of wines and beer, our own home made jam and olive oil and a range of items perfect for breakfast. You can also order a delicious lasagne to be waiting when you arrive, so there is no need to worry about sorting out dinner on your arrival day. Plus we offer a baby essentials shopping service, leave those bulky nappies at home, we can shop for formula, nappies and wipes. (You are only charged for items you order)

Why not relax in the morning with a family breakfast in your pj’s on your terrace. We deliver 6 days a week from our local baker directly to your terrace in time for breakfast. Choose from a tempting selection including croissants, plain or with custard, jam or chocolate, a range of fresh bread including whole grain, rye, and olive oil.  In your room you will also find a Lavazza coffee machine, why not start each day of your holiday Italian style with a delicious espresso and a croissant.  You will also find a menu from which you can order from a selection of wines & beer, our own organic olive oil and homemade jams.
